After nearly three years on the track and 22 starts, she was retired in Spring 2025 due to wear and tear, including osslets in both front fetlocks. Since retiring, Sali has transitioned beautifully into her second career. She is well-mannered on the ground and straightforward under saddle, making her an enjoyable ride for someone looking for a kind and willing partner. Sali has already been introduced to a variety of activities including trail riding, jumping, barrel work, and basic equitation. She approaches everything with a good attitude and shows the versatility to go in many directions. Whether someone is looking for a fun, all-around horse to enjoy or a prospect to continue developing, Sali has the foundation to do both. She enjoys turnout and thrives in a herd setting—especially with her pasture mates—and has no known vices.
