She was born at our sanctuary about one month after her mother Stella was rescued from a kill pen. Unlike her mother, Lavendar has known only love and kindness from humans. Lavendar is progressing nicely on halter and is currently working on trailer training. Due to the special bond Lavendar has with her mother Stella, the two will only be adopted out together, as we never separate bonded pairs. For more information on Stella, please see our listings. Our fees for adoption are $1,800 for two donkeys We do require site visits for all adoptions and because of this only adopt out within a four-hour radius of our ranch in Hopland, California Oscar's Place Adoption Center & Sanctuary is a rescue; this horse is for adoption, not for sale.
