Butet stamps the seat depth as P (flat), M (semi-deep) or L (deep), the flap as a number from 1 to 3.5 in quarter steps (bigger = longer and more forward), the tree width dot to dot (4" to 4.5") and the year.
Grain leather is the standard and holds up best; full calf is softer and grippier and sells for more. Year, condition and calf versus grain move the price more than the model.
