How Long Does Shipping Take on TackTack?

Shipping time on TackTack depends on two steps:

1) How fast the seller ships and

2) How long the carrier takes to deliver.

1. Seller Shipping Time

Sellers have up to 5 days to ship an order. Most ship within 1–3 days.

Automatic Cancellations

• If the order is not accepted by the seller within 3 days, it is automatically canceled and refunded.
• If the order is accepted but not shipped within 5 days, it is automatically canceled (unless the seller already accessed the shipping label).
• After 12 days, buyers can cancel any unshipped order regardless of label access.

If you have questions about timing or status, you should follow up with the seller directly through the in-app chat.

2. Carrier Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

• USPS: 2–5 business days
• UPS/FedEx: 2–6 business days

Carrier delays may occur, especially on weekends or holidays.

Tracking updates appear on your order page once the seller ships the item.
