Breed: Thoroughbred Gender: Gelding Age: 3 Height: 16.3hh Color: Dark Bay Disciplines: Eventing, Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Prospect for Any Discipline Adoption fee: $8,000 Location: Win Place Home, Inc — Santa Clarita, CA Sharkbait is brave, playful, and incredibly athletic. He is also a horse who likes to think for himself, which means he will do best in a professional program or with an experienced rider who enjoys developing talented horses. He isn't looking for someone to teach him how to have a job. He's looking for someone to point him toward one. He is currently getting the chance to settle in and simply enjoy being a horse before beginning his groundwork. Giving him this time to decompress and adjust will help set him up beautifully for the start of his second career. Sharkbait was up for auction for $490,000 as a two year old. Everything about Sharkbait says event horse. His size, confidence, athleticism, and willingness to tackle new challenges make him an incredibly exciting eventing prospect. We have a feeling he'd happily skip the baby steps and head straight out on cross-country if we'd let him! If you're looking for a big, bold Thoroughbred with endless talent and the potential to excel at the upper levels, Sharkbait might just be your next superstar.
