Breed: Pony Gender: Mare Age: 25 Height: 11.0hh Color: Paint/Pinto Disciplines: Companion Adoption fee: $350 Location: Horses' Haven — Howell, MI Candy is a 25-year-old, 11-hand grade pony mare with plenty of personality. She is a spunky little mare who is also sweet and incredibly cute. Candy can be a bit of a handful at times, so she will do best with someone who understands ponies and appreciates her big personality in a small package. She is good for the farrier and is versatile when it comes to her living situation. Candy can be pastured with large horses, live outside with access to shelter, or be stalled. She would also make a great addition to an established pony herd. Candy came to us underweight and has been working on gaining weight and improving her overall condition. She will need continued attention to her diet and Cushing’s medication to help keep her healthy. Candy is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years with good care and companionship. She may be a little spicy, but she has plenty of charm to go with it! Horses' Haven is a rescue; this horse is for adoption, not for sale. Message Horses' Haven here on tacktack to ask about Candy and the adoption process.
