TackTackRoom does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services.

TackTackRoom provides the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so TackTackRoom cannot and does not issues warranties for items that arrive as advertised and subsequently break or suffer damage.

We encourage our buyers to follow up with the seller (the previous owner of the item) regarding warranties.

As our buyer protection policy explains, you are eligible for a refund if the item you receive arrives in a different condition than advertised.
