Seller's responsibility to describe product deficiencies

We put the onus on the seller to share every deficiency related to the product that they're selling. We do not consider it to be the buyer's obligation to inquire.

If a saddle or tack have small holes or very used parts, for instance, it is the seller's obligation to include that detail in their item description.
