This is a Black leather Ovation Cecilia SHP browband. 16 1/2”. Brand new with tags. Beautiful clear rhinestone pattern inlaid in the black leather. We won it in a class, and it’s unfortunately too small for my horse. Would probably fit a cob or pony bridle best?
