He has no published works and never raced. He retired with a left knee fracture in July 2023. He had successful kissing spine surgery in 2024. Front shoes give him comfort for pedal osteitis in his right foot. He will be suitable for companionship or non riding therapeutic home. Tornadic is a friendly, outgoing, optimistic gelding – he loves attention, grooming, snuggling - any engagement is his cup of tea. He is very easy to work with on the ground - he walks well on a lead rope, stands well tied and crossties, is polite for the farrier, loves baths, can be groomed by children, and has no vices. He would be a wonderful equine therapy horse, or backyard companion. Tornadic loves being in the barn around other horses but does best with his own turnout paddock. Tornadic requires no maintenance other than front shoes, a small amount of daily balancer/grain, and ample hay or grass. The easiest of keepers!
