Breed: Thoroughbred Gender: Gelding Age: 15 Height: 16.0hh Color: Bay Disciplines: Therapy - Non-Riding, Companion, Trail Riding Adoption fee: $1,000 Location: Second Chance Thoroughbreds — SPENCER, NY Tiger D is a 15 y/o gelding who is an owner surrender. Tiger is a great companion horse and prefers to be outside (with shelter) as opposed to locked in a stall - where he will weave. Tiger needs to be in consistent work if he is to be ridden. He does have kissing spine - which is managed with proper conditioning. He does have a cold back and does best with a lunge before riding. Tiger is a friendly guy, but can be push when separated from his friends. He is good for vet and farrier. He just had his teeth done and is up to date with shots. Tiger load and trailers well. With consistent riding, he is a great trail horse and more whoa than go. Second Chance Thoroughbreds is a rescue; this horse is for adoption, not for sale.
