Cat is one of those horses who makes you want to slow down, take your time, and earn his trust. He isn't mean, difficult, or looking for trouble. He's simply a young horse who hasn't quite figured out that the world doesn't have to be so intimidating. Sometimes he questions things. Sometimes he needs a little reassurance. And sometimes you can almost hear him asking, "Are we absolutely sure this is a good idea?" And that's okay. Cat is looking for someone who understands that building a relationship with a horse is just as rewarding as riding one. Someone who finds joy in the little victories, celebrates the moments when uncertainty turns into confidence, and understands that trust isn't something you demand. It's something you earn. In the pasture, Cat is the gentle soul who finds himself at the bottom of the pecking order, no matter which herd we introduce him to. He's not interested in being the boss. Cat is currently sound and has tremendous potential as he prepares for his second career after the racetrack. He needs a patient, knowledgeable person who can provide consistent guidance and help him build the foundation for whatever his future holds. We don't know yet exactly what Cat will become.
