We're pretty sure Sally is the real-life Barbie dream horse, and we think she'd look absolutely stunning in pink, too! With her gorgeous, flowing locks, big, soulful eyes, and an irresistible personality, this 25-year-old Haflinger pony is every bit as wonderful as she is beautiful! Sally is truly a gem of a girl. She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and easy to be around, and she absolutely adores attention. Whether you're brushing her beautiful mane, spending some quiet time together, or simply stopping by to say hello, Sally is always happy to have company. She's also quite the conversationalist and will happily remind you that she's there, especially if she thinks you're running a little behind on mealtime! Coming from a very loving home, Sally is no stranger to the finer things in life, and we'd love to see that continue in her next chapter! Sally was a riding pony many years ago, but those days are behind her, and she's now looking for someone to spoil her through her golden years. She's an absolute pleasure to handle, wonderful for the farrier, and just about as easygoing and lovable as they come. We think she'd make a fantastic companion for a family looking to introduce the next generation to horse care and handling, or for an adult simply hoping to enjoy the special companionship of a horse to love on. Sally does have a history of laminitis, so finding a home that can continue to manage her appropriately is important. She has done very well with dry lot management for many years and will need an adopter who can provide a similarly suitable environment to keep her happy, healthy, and comfortable. Sally came to us alongside her little buddy Dewey, a miniature horse whom she lovingly watches over (and maybe bosses around just a tiny bit!). Dewey doesn't seem to know any different, and the two make quite the adorable pair. We'd love to see them find a home together, though adopting them as a pair is not a requirement. Sally has spent much of her life living with miniature horses, both mares and geldings, and we believe she could adapt well to other equine companions with thoughtful, gradual introductions. Between her larger-than-life personality, her gentle nature, and those big, beautiful eyes that seem to look right into your soul, Sally has a way of making everyone fall in love with her. She's spent her life being someone's treasured pony, and now it's her turn to continue being pampered, adored, and loved for all that she is. If you're looking for a sweet, beautiful, slightly chatty best friend to share your days with, Sally might just be your dream horse!
