PLEASE INQUIRE FOR MOST RECENT FEES Morgan Gelding 15HH 2018 Fee: 2500 Mcalister has had many months of training with Bethany Jo McNett. He has shown with her talented 11 year old daughter under her training in local shows and done well. Suitable for an upper level rider or solid, confident intermediate rider with trainer. Follow his progress at #hopteamMcalister #HopTeamMcAlister has had a great few weeks. We have been working on obstacles, cantering, and having another rider (my daughter) on him some. He went on his first trail ride and seemed to love getting out of the arena. McAlister is going to make a super fun horse for someone, he just needs time patience and consistency. I feel that he would be a good mount for an experienced young rider or petite adult. He can still be reactive to new things but sensible and just needs to be given the opportunity to think through new challenges. Overall, he tries to do the right thing. We have some fun things planned ahead, and if you are interested in adopting McAlister or want to come meet him, feel free to reach out to me, and follow along with his hashtag. Appalachian Trainer Face Off See les Details Adoption fees may be outdated, as a horse may have moved into training, so check us on most current fee. Horses typically adopted UTD on vaccines, dental floats, farrier care and all vet needs. We are looking to adopt to safe homes. A history of good horsemanship, the ability to provide sufficient care with good vet, farrier and peer references are important. If you are a first time horse owner, we will require you to board at a facility for the first year while you learn more about care. We encourage everyone to take advantage of riding lessons. Foal adoptions require previous, established experience with youngsters. Our adoption process makes sure you get the right horse for you – it is a no fail process for finding the right match.
