Breed: Thoroughbred Gender: Gelding Age: 5 Height: 16.0hh Color: Bay Disciplines: Prospect for Any Discipline Adoption fee: $800 Location: Caribbean Thoroughbred Aftercare Inc. — Rio Grande, PR El Enemigo – Athletic Sport Horse Prospect El Enemigo is a 5-year-old Puerto Rican–bred Thoroughbred who never raced due to behavioral challenges on the track. Since transitioning into a more structured environment, he has shown himself to be a sound, athletic horse with the kind of presence and movement suited for a sport horse career. El Enemigo is not for a beginner and will do best with an experienced rider who can provide consistency, confidence, and a steady program. With the right guidance, he has the potential to develop into a talented partner in disciplines such as jumping, eventing, or other performance careers. In turnout, El Enemigo prefers his own space and can be dominant with other horses. He is currently happiest in individual turnout with the ability to socialize safely over the fence. He has no known vices and is up to date on all vaccinations, deworming, and farrier care. El Enemigo is looking for a knowledgeable home that recognizes his ability and is ready to bring out his full potential.
