Breed: Pinto Gender: Mare Age: 18 Height: 15.0hh Color: Paint/Pinto Disciplines: Therapy - Non-Riding, Companion Adoption fee: $500 Location: Humane Society of Ventura County — Ojai, CA Hello, I'm Charlene, an 18-year-old brown and white pinto mare with a heart as big as the open trail. I was recently transferred to HSVC from San Diego County Animal Services after I was rescued from a large-scale neglect investigation in Julian, CA. I'm a smart, gentle soul who loves affection and cuddles. At 1,055 pounds, I'm ready for adventures with someone who appreciates my friendly, cuddly nature and wants a true bond. My adoption fee is $500, and I'm looking for a forever home where I can spend my golden years loved and cherished. Humane Society of Ventura County is a rescue; this horse is for adoption, not for sale. Message Humane Society of Ventura County here on tacktack to ask about Charlene and the adoption process.
