These are a very unique color. They've been used a bit but are still in very good shape and could probably even be dyed a dark brown if you want. The sheepskin is very clean and attaches to the boot by a Velcro strip so you can remove and wash! I think these are synthetic leather and are more of a cob size. The ankle boots have barely been used.
