PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES FOR MEASUREMENTS. I purchased this bit as a 5.5” but it runs small. It runs much closer to a 5.25” and I included images to show that. Likely would be best for a horse that takes a 5” bit in everything but a loose ring. 16mm mouthpiece, and a very nicely shaped link. It is flatter than most oval links on the underside, and sits very nicely on the tongue. It was advertised as having a slightly longer link than other oval links, but I didnt notice a difference. Though flat, does not have any sort of edge like a french link does. One small area with chew marks, purchased “new” but I believe it may have been tried on once or used and returned once due to condition I purchased it in. It was advertised as “german silver with stainless steel rings”. Please feel free to message me with any more questions!
