English saddle includes stirrups. 16” seat, 10 lbs. Designed by Rossi, Carruso and Cia of Buenos Aires for Simco in the early 1980s. Gently used, kept indoors, cleaned and conditioned throughout it’s life. They certainly don’t make them like they used to- and this saddle is a prime example!
