This saddle is proof that the good ones age like fine wine… or at least like a very reliable schoolmaster who still schools the youngsters. ✨ The details: • 2006 Devoucoux Makila • 17” seat 3A Flaps • 5.25” dot to dot measurement • Monoflap • Full buffalo leather (aka: grippy, comfy, and built like a tank) • Flap measures 15” long 12.5” across Full transparency: the billets will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. as with all vintage things they’re not built to last forever but easily replaceable! She’s old enough to vote, but still supple, balanced, and putting riders in the right place for sitting trot without ruining their will to live.
