Was in a pretty rough condition when I first received it. Spent 2 weeks bringing it back to life. Was given to a friend and then given to me. History is unknown. The only slight issue with it is the billets are a little crinkled but, I believe that can be fixed easily but putting some conditioner on them before riding the first couple times. Seat 16.5" I am willing to ship but buyer will pay shipping! Located on Long Island
