This saddle is has been there done that, still in good pretty good condition considering it’s about 15 years old and was used as a school saddle. The flap bases were recently repaired and reinforced. Right side panel skirt has some thread/leather wearing as you can see in the photo. The tree is quite wide and flap short as it was made for a very large horse and small rider at the time. Saddle is still very usable and comfortable to ride in. Very open to offer negotiations.
