Looking for a horse who can do nearly everything? Look no further! Ricky is a 2008 chestnut Quarab gelding who has done almost everything. Established dressage horse, trained to USEF First Level with scores in the mid-60s-70s; Western Dressage to Level 1 with scores in the 70s; and Cowboy Dressage Walk/Jog, Walk/Jog/Lope, Challenge Court, and Freestyle with scores in the 70s. Works in a snaffle, bosal hackamore, Myler shank bit, and is starting to work on the traditional Californio Vaquero Two-Rein. He’s got his lateral work and is finishing up work on half-pass and starting the steps for flying changes. Ricky is also the steadiest trail horse out there – good with ponying, water crossings, bridges, moose, elk, deer, turkey, runners, hikers, ATVs, dirt bikes, and bicyclists. Can go out solo or with a large group. He loves cows and has plenty of experience with sorting and penning and was started on flag work. He’s never roped but has had someone work a rope next to him with no issues. Want to play with a garrocha pole? He can do that, too! Want a horse that can be out to pasture for a month or three and be able to get on him without a care? Ricky’s your man!

Stands for farrier, great with vet/vaccinations/chiropractor, loads and travels well, a dream to clip!
